Profile Spy Steps Up Attack On Facebook Users
Over the past week we alerted users to the return of "profile spy", a tool that promises to let users see who’s viewing their profile. As we said last week, the tool is FAKE, however it isn’t preventing thousands of users from participating in the scam once again. Rather than using a different strategy than last time, the only thing that the scammers have changed is the URLs. Should your kids be on Facebook?
Parents are you being asked "When can I join Facebook?" by your teens and tweens.
Although Facebook itself clearly states that the site is not for children under the age of 13, evidence suggests that many kids lie about their age and open Facebook accounts at age 12 or even younger.

Attacks on the Windows Help and Support Center
Microsoft has been monitoring for active attacks on the Windows Help and Support Center vulnerability (CVE-2010-1885) since the advisory was released on June 10th. Another Facebook attack!
Avoid clicking any links saying "99% of people can’t watch this video for more than 25 seconds."
Today, AVG discovered an interesting bit of maliciousness on Facebook. The initial lure is a link that says that 99% of people can’t watch this video for more than 25 seconds.
When you click the link, you are confronted with another screen that offers to show you a video, but, for the video to load, you need to copy and paste some code into the browser address bar.
